PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing lowering of productivity due to an increase of load and secular influence in a paper carrying part. SOLUTION: Time: T until a tip of paper reaches a second paper sensor 7 is measured from a paper feeding start signal for driving a pickup roller 2. Based on the time: T, a feedback control is performed for the number of revolution of a motor related to carrying of paper. The number of revolution of the motor at the time is shown by R(n+1)=R(n)×T(n)/T0 .
