PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cooling turbine blade/vane for a gas storage power plant. SOLUTION: The gas storage power plant (1) consists of a gas tank (10) storing fresh gas under pressure, a main turbine (3) provided with a burner (6), and a recuperator (7) having a fresh gas passage (8) and an exhaust gas passage (9) and cooperating, so as to transfer heat. The fresh gas passage is connected from the gas tank to an inlet (11) of the main turbine through the recuperator and the burner, and the exhaust gas passage (9) is communicated from an outlet (12) of the main turbine to an exhaust gas equipment through the recuperator. Cooled gas flow enters the main turbine through a turbine inlet, and the cooled gas is produced through extraction of a fresh gas from the gas tank and/or through the introduction of an external fan on a compressor (26) connected to the inlet of the main turbine.
