PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that turning-up of an oil seal and damages are generated and with the result that oil leakage is caused since there is a difference in diameter between a large diameter part and a small diameter part of a taper shaft and it is difficult to insert a crank pulley along the oil seal center (a crankshaft core) in the case that the crankshaft is the taper shaft when the crank pulley is inserted into the crankshaft of an engine. SOLUTION: A guide jig 17, which guides a position of the crank pulley 8 to the shaft center of the crankshaft 7, is provided. And, in the crank pulley 8, a fitting hole 10 is formed at the shaft center, the inner peripheral face of the fitting hole 10 is formed with a parallel part 12a parallel to the shaft center and a taper 12b in a taper shape, and the crank pulley 8 is guided by the parallel part 12a and the outer peripheral face of the guide jig 17 and inserted into the crankshaft 7. |
