PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular ball bearing with a long service life under high speed operation with grease lubrication at low cost by controlling scattering of grease filled in a bearing under high speed operation. SOLUTION: The angular ball bearing 1 is provided with a counter bore 7 formed on an outer ring inner circumference surface, non-contact seal member 10 having an attachment fitting part 15 formed on an outer circumference part fitted in a pair of seal fitting grooves 8, 8 formed in adjacent to both axial ends of an outer ring inner circumference surface, and retainer 6 retaining plural balls 5 between an inner ring and the outer ring. An inner diameter D2 of the attachment fitting part 15 in the non-contact seal member 10 in the counter bore 7 side is smaller than the minimum inner diameter D1 of the corresponding seal fitting groove 8 and is larger than the maximum outer diameter D3 of the retainer 6. An interval B2 between a pair of the seal fitting grooves 8, 8 is equal to or more than a pocket diameter B1 of the retainer 6, and is equal to or less than a width dimension B3 of the retainer 6.
