PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a battery exhaustion due to leaving a power switch turned on. SOLUTION: A protective means is provided. This protective means comprises a plurality of sensors 11A to 11D, which detect the operation states of a plurality of drive sections, and a switch control section 8 which turns the power switch 6 off automatically when it is concluded that all of the drive sections are suspended based on the detection results of the sensors 11A to 11D.
