PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air blowing performance of a ventilating fan while reducing a device cost. SOLUTION: In the ventilating fan, an electric fan type rotary vane part 6 is installed on a rotary shaft 4a of a motor 4, and an annular ring-shaped frame body 1 is arranged for enclosing only a part of the rotary vane part 6 in the rotational axis direction around the rotational axis. A cylindrical body 2 is added and connected to the frame body 1 in the rotational axis direction, and the rotary vane part 6 is arranged by adjusting a position in the rotational axis direction in a state of housing the whole body inside an air duct 3 composed of the frame body 1 and the cylindrical body 2.
