METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SPRIT USING DISTILLATION WASTE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing sprit using distillation waste, thereby reducing the cost and energy for the treatment of wastes, as well as the consumption of industrial water and the cost for the increase of the temperature of mashing water. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sprit using distillation waste comprises the steps of: liquifying the raw material of spirit, followed by saccharification, fermentation and mashing to give fermented mash; distilling the fermented mash; filtering the distillation waste using filter membrane; and recycling the filtrate as mashing water in liquefaction and saccharification processes.
