PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to be detachably joined to a header pipe and to simplify structure. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a pair of a first header pipe(11) and a second header pipe(12) parallel to each other; a plurality of tubes(13) having both ends connected to the first header pipe and the second header pipe and forming a condensing part(101) and a supercooling part(102) together with the first header pipe and the second header pipe; radiating fins(14) installed between the tubes; and a liquid receiver having a tank having an inlet pipe connected with the second header pipe by a first coupling device for heat exchange medium condensed in the condensing part to flow in, and an outlet pipe extending from the tank, connected with the second header pipe by a second coupling device and connected with the supercooling part.
