PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking and unlocking device for a storage warehouse capable of electrically and manually locking and unlocking an existing cylinder lock operated by manual operation by adding a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: In this locking and unlocking device for the storage warehouse constituted in such a way that an output shaft 20a drives an operation plate 28 by an electric signal to an electric actuator 20 for locking and unlocking, the electric actuator 20 is stored and fixed in a storage member 18 rotating integrally with a rotating shaft 6 of the cylinder lock 5 turning by key operation, and the output shaft 20a of the electric actuator 20 is driven by the rotation of the storage member 18.
