PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test method which tests the deviation of installation of a metallic dome or the like forming a switching mechanism. SOLUTION: In the test method testing whether the metallic dome 4 is installed at a prescribed position of an installation sheet 5 or not, a mask plate 130A having a mask hole 131a, the center of which is positioned at a designed installation position of the metallic dome 4 in the installation sheet 5, the hole size of which is larger than the outer diameter of the metallic dome 4, and the size of which is within the range of the deviation of installation of the metallic dome 4, is set opposite to the installation sheet 5. In this situation, an installation image of the metallic dome 4 is obtained under illuminating condition by using a photographing means 110, and the installation image of the metallic dome 4 is binarized from the light transmission of the metallic dome 4, the installation sheet 5 and the mask plate 130A, and the area of an extracted image obtained from the binarization process is calculated, and the pass or fail judgement for the deviation of installation is made based on the calculated value. Therefore, the test method capable of reducing processing time and having high flexibility is realized. |
