PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating machine that easily avoids resonance between a first rotator and a second rotator and improves durability of the rotating machine itself. SOLUTION: A receiving member 42 is fixed to a drive shaft 16 that is supported turnably by a housing in a way that it rotates together with the drive shaft 16. A pulley 17 is supported by the housing turnably and is provided coaxially to the receiving member 42. A supporting portion 50 is contained turnably in a housing hollow 45 that is formed in the pulley 17. An eccentric pin 51 that is fixed by a hub portion 42B is inserted with its rear end into a recessed portion 50A that is formed in the supporting portion 50. Also the eccentric pin 51 is joined to the supporting portion 50 relatively turnably. The central axis of the recessed portion 50A is eccentric from the central axis of the supporting portion 50 by the predetermined amount. The deviation of the shafts between the pulley 17 and the receiving member 42 is absorbed by the move of the eccentric pin 51 based on the rotation of the supporting portion 50.
