PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant sound isolating and vibroisolating material for a vehicle that makes a sound absorption characteristic improve and a cost lower further, while realizing both an excellent fire-resistant characteristic and an excellent heat-proof deterioration characteristic. SOLUTION: An organic poly isocyanate component is a principal component of a monomelic MDI which the NCO content is made to be 29-33% including its carbodiimide conversion object and/or its uretonimine conversion object with a diphenylmetane diisocyanate, while 2 and 4'-diphenylmetane diisocyanate is contained at the rate of 1-45 weight % as a monomer and/or a conversion object in the monomelic MDI. On the other hand, the polyol component is used including polyol with the number of functional group: 2-8, the proportion of 50 weight % or more with molecular weight: 1000-10,000. The above polyurethane foam is to be 40-150 kg/m<3> of its density, 50% compressive load value of (5-60)10<-2> N/mm<2> , tensile strength of more than 120 kPa and an elongation percentage of more than 50%. And the incombustibility is shown by the FMVSS-302 flammability test method. |
