PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration mechanism in which a restoration operation can be performed without making this restoration force idle for a generation method of restoration force, even when restoration force works to movement of all direction in flat surface and also the movement of any direction. SOLUTION: Wiring material (8) having flexibility characteristic is connected on the upper surface of a foundation concrete part (2) in a quake-absorbing building, and this wiring material (8) is extended upward and admitted to a leading mouth (13) of a stand (4). The distance dimension between a connecting part (15) and the leading mouth (13) is changing large and small along with the foundation (2) and the stand (4) moves relatively. And a helical spring (11) equipped on the side of the stand (4) pulls the wiring material (8) so as to make the interval dimension small, moves and restores the foundation (2) and the stand (4) relatively.
