PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet shutter device having high covering function to the intrusion of dust and insects. SOLUTION: A frame 1 of this sheet shutter device 10 is provided with sheet guides 2 at both sides, and an upper sheet case 3. A winding drum 4 is mounted in the sheet case 3, and a sheet 5 rolled up and down while guided by the sheet guides 2 at its both side edges, is taken up by the winding drum 4. A dust attraction nozzle 6 connected to a vacuum dust collecting means 9 is formed into the shape of a hollow pipe closed at its both end parts. A slit-shaped suction port 6a is axially formed, and mounted along an outer lower end side of the sheet case 3.
