PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet unwinding device for the sticking work of a decorative sheet to a wall surface for easily and efficiently carrying out the sticking work of the decorative sheet to the wall surface without the need to measure the wall surface and cut the sheet in advance. SOLUTION: A moving frame 11 which is movable in a given direction over a floor face 1 is provided with an unwinding means 13 which detachably supports a roll 9 of the decorative sheet 5, and a guide means 14 for guiding the decorative sheet 5 unwound from the roll 9 toward the wall surface 3.
