PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearer for a floor structure, which allows the easy horizontal desired-height positioning and support of a horizontal member, such as a sill and a sleeper, which serves as the floor structure for a foundation structure of a house. SOLUTION: This bearer 10 for the floor structure comprises: a bolt 11 which is threaded throughout its length and whose base end 11a is installed in a foundation member 1 in a suspended manner; and a horizontal-member retainer 12 which is formed in a platy shape and mounted ascendably/descendably in such a manner that the bolt 11 is screwed into the retainer 12 via a centrally provided threaded hole 13, and on which the horizontal member 3 is placed and horizontally supported at a desired height. The retainer 12 is set to be in a desired-height position, so that the horizontal member 3 can be placed on the retainer 12.
