PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build an earth wall to an earth wall height at least two times the conventional earth wall height (about 3 m). SOLUTION: Bag bodies for building wall surfaces each filled with a filler such as earth, crushed stone or the like are arranged along the extending direction of the earth wall to be built, a wall surface forming portion is constructed, thereafter, the work of earth filling is performed to a height almost the same as that of the wall surface forming portion at the rear surface side of the wall surface forming portion by sequentially repeating to the predetermined earth wall forming height in the earth wall construction method, and band-shaped reinforcing bodies with the front end portions fixed to the wall surface building bag bodies are extended and arranged almost horizontally in the earth fill.
