PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly connect together a structure on a footing to a concrete footing again with anchor bolts arranged on the structure even though the structure such as a sill on the footing is considerably raised from the top surface of the concrete footing. SOLUTION: Dimension of the height of a male screw rod portion 4b protruded upward from the top surface of the footing of an anchor bolt 4 united to the concrete footing 1 can be increased by turning the male screw rod portion 4b while maintaining the coupling strength between the male screw rod portion 4b and concrete footing 1 to at least the adequate coupling strength.
