PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary block between a sidewalk and a roadway, which allows rainwater to be drained with rapidity without making the rainwater retained on a surface of the roadway and that of an apron part. SOLUTION: This boundary block 1 between the sidewalk 31 and the roadway 21 comprises: a boundary block part 2 which serves as a boundary between the sidewalk 31 and the roadway 21; and the apron part 3 which is provided to be extended to one side from a lower part of the block part 2. A recess 4, which is opened upward and toward the side of the roadway 21, extended in subparallel with the block part 2, and opened in both the lateral directions of the apron part 3, is provided at one end, on the other side of the block part 2, of the apron part 3. A frame member 6 is mounted on the recess 4 in such a manner as to cover a surface of the recess 4; and a grating member 9 is arranged in a groove 7 which is provided in the frame member 6.
