METHOD FOR PRODUCING HELMET REINFORCING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a helmet reinforcing body excellent in lightweight property, corrosion resistance and durability in good productivity and at low cost while ensuring strength required for helmet. SOLUTION: This method for producing the helmet reinforcing body comprises using a magnesium alloy containing aluminum and manganese as an alloy component, packing a melt obtained by melting the magnesium alloy into a cavity of a mold by die casting operation using a die cast machine and forming the helmet reinforcing body.
