PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam-shaped hair-dressing agent composition having reduced unpleasant oily feeling and greasy feeling possessed by an oil component and a surfactant, hardly causing stiff feeling and oily feeling, having good shot-out properties of foam, and widely utilizable in product forms such as an aerosol-type hair styling foam, a non-aerosol-type hair styling foam, aerosol- type hair-care foam and a non-aerosol-type hair-care foam. SOLUTION: This foam-shaped hair-dressing agent composition contains a polyalkylene glycol, an oil component and a surfactant.
