PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container conveyor eliminating the need to install a source of vacuum such as a vacuum pump, and capable of obtaining a large vacuum capacity by means of a simple and compact arrangement without causing operating errors or clogging of a pipeline. SOLUTION: The container conveyor includes a container stand 15 for holding a container 1; a suction cup 18 for sucking the container 1; an ejector 21 for sucking air from a vacuum port 38 by accelerating and injecting compressed air supplied from an air supply port 36; a connecting pipeline 19 for connecting the suction cup 18 to the vacuum port 38 of the ejector 21; a source 33 of compressed air for supplying compressed air; and a selector valve 23 capable of selectively keeping the air supply port 36 of the ejector 21 and the source 33 of compressed air in or out of communication with each other.
