PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storing case with a lock and its unlocking device, allowing the disk storing case to be easily fitted into and removed from the unlocking device, also having high safety in the prevention of crimes, and inexpensive in the manufacturing cost of both of a locking mechanism and the unlocking device. SOLUTION: In the disk storing case, a flexible, pinchingly holding locking member 2 made of a synthetic resin is fitted with and pinchingly held by a recessed part 12 for allowing the locking member 2 to be fitted therewith by means of two locking sheets 21a-b of the locking member 2, and locking is performed. The locking condition is excellent because wedge-shaped protruding pieces 26 and wedge-shaped protruding piece fitting hook parts 16 are connectively latched and hooked to one another due to the utilization of resilient repulsion of two locking sheets, which works in the direction of a pinching pressure thereof, and because tongue-like protruding pieces 28a-b also exist latently in the storing case. In unlocking the case, a pinchingly holding locking member fitting portion 10 is pushed into an unlocking device 3. When two pairs of rectangular prismatic latch release levers 30, i.e., four levers in total, are inserted into latch release lever insertion holes 20, two locking sheets 21a-b are pushed open by tapered protruding pieces 25, and the latch is released. On the other hand, the pinchingly holding locking member 2 remains in the unlocking device 3.
