PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device which can sufficiently prevent dust from intruding to a moving mechanism and can be operated in interlock with the moving mechanism, and a device for preventing intrusion of dust which can indirectly cool a support part to the machining device. SOLUTION: In the device for preventing intrusion of dust in which a telescopic cover 1 that is made freely telescopic in a prescribed direction is arranged to the outside, a freely telescopic bellows cover 2 is supported by a supporting mechanism which makes a telescopic direction as the longitudinal direction, the moving mechanism 3 is provided in a state surrounded from the upper side and both the lateral sides by the telescopic cover 1 and the bellows cover 2, and the telescopic cover 1 and the bellow cover 2 are enabled to telescope following the movement of the moving mechanism, air is supplied from the outside of a room in which the machining device 12 located on the upper side of the moving mechanism 3 is arranged so as to make internal pressure to be positive pressure compared with the outside air against the bellows cover 2 and the air is discharged into a room in which the machining device capable of being operated interlocking with the moving mechanism 3 is arranged.
