PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work delivery method which can simplify the structure of a work fixing jig and is easy to cope with multiple kinds of products, and a work delivery device. SOLUTION: A delivery tool 2 is constituted by being provided with an inner diameter guide part 31 which can be fitted into an inner diameter part W1 of a work W and a washing nozzle 36 which is arranged on the front end side from the inner diameter guide part 31 and can inject a coolant supplied from a main spindle of a machine tool, the main spindle of the machine tool to which the delivery tool 2 is mounted is advanced toward the work W, and while the work W is being washed by injecting the coolant from the washing nozzle 36 arranged on the front end side, the work W fixed to the work fixing jig 1 is delivered by fitting the inner diameter guide part 31 of the delivery tool 2 into the inner diameter part W1 of the work W.
