摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant coating material for mesh sheets, which is coated on flame-retardant mesh sheets and improves the flame retardance of the flame retardant mesh sheets having the coating deteriorating due to the washing treatment after use to impart washing resistance to the mesh sheets, and a flame-retardant coating film formed by using the same. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant coating material for mesh sheets comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. resin solid content of a nonhalogen based polyurethane resin based coating material composition composed of a hydroxy group-containing resin having 15-60 wt.% resin solid content and a polyisocyanate, (B) 10-100 pts.wt. nonhalogen organic phosphoric acid ester having a freezing point of >=-20 deg.C, and (C 20-180 pts.wt. one or more flame-retardants selected from (a) 20-120 pts.wt. melamine based compound having an average particle diameter of <=30μm, (b) 20-120 pts.wt. hydrazodicarbonamide having an average particle diameter of <=30μm, and (c) 20-120 pts.wt. ammonium polyphosphate compound having an average particle diameter of <=30μm. The flame-retardant coating film is formed by using this flame-retardant coating material.
