PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant vitality-increasing agent that can make the plant bodies strong and grow healthy seedlings and can be expected to realize the high-quality and stabilized production of plants. SOLUTION: Salicyclic acid or a specific derivative thereof is used as a plant vitality-increasing agent and, when necessary, a water-soluble solvent and a surfactant are combined and fed to the plants.
