<p>A composition for improving the immune response in a subject is described. The composition includes biphasic lipid vesicles associated with an immunogen. In one embodiment a nucleic acid containing at least one cytosine-guanine (CpG) dinucleotide is associated with the lipid vesicles to achieve a synergistic immune response.</p> |
