<p>The invention concerns systems for maintaining at least two bone portions relative to each other. The inventive system is essentially characterized in that it comprises a bar (1), a pedicular screw (2) including a stem with bone thread portion (3) and a maintaining stem (4), a screw connector (10) consisting of a block (11) including two perforations (12 and 13) having a common opening (16) and forming between them a non-null angle, a link rod connector (20) including a block (22) with a perforation (23) and a rod (24), the cross-section of the perforation (13) and that of the common opening (16) being at least equal to that of the rod (24), means (30) for locking together the block (11), the rod (4) and the rod (24) when said two rods are plugged into the perforations (12 and 13), and second means (40) for locking together the block and the bar (1) when it is plugged into the perforation (23). The invention is useful in particular for producing osteosynthesis between at least two vertebrae.</p> |
