The superstructure for all kinds of railbound vehicles comprises a track grid and a bedding layer located on cross bearers of a viaduct of steel or concrete. On the cross bearers (2), a compensation layer for compensating unevennesses is formed, and a sheathing with introduced reinforcement together with a track grid comprising two-block sleepers (9) with grid supports are arranged. After alignment of the track grid (9,13) as to height and position, a rapidly hardening concrete (12) as bedding layer is laid up to the upper edge of the two-block sleepers. For body noise damping an entropy elastic bearing is arranged between the compensation layer and the sheathing and/or beneath the heads of the rails (13). The compensation layer is formed by a rapidly hardening concrete, resin, plastic or plastic-enriched concrete in the form of a full-surfaced underlay plate. It may also be formed by bodies built as rigid bodies.
