COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING LEAKAGE TRANSMISSION LINE

A system for transmitting/receiving a signal in the passing frequency band which is essentially provided by a leakage transmission line as a conductor line. The system comprises: a signal generating means for generating a signal to be transmitted over the leakage transmission line; and a relay means disposed midway of the leakage transmission line, for relaying the transmitted signal and for converting the signal generated by the signal generating means, when it is input via a wired transmission line, into a signal in the passing frequency band provided by the leakage transmission line, to send out the converted signal.
