PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article obtained by accurately heating a predetermined region of a resin molded object comprising a polyolefinic resin or the like to generate a desired altered shape at the predetermined region. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin molded article includes a process for preparing the resin molded object (10) integrally having a first part (12) being a part mainly constituted of a microwave non-responsive thermoplastic resin and compounded with a material responding to microwaves to generate heat and second parts (11, 13, 14, 15 and 16) being parts mainly constituted of the microwave non-responsive thermoplastic resin and substantially containing no microwave responsive heat generating material, a process for irradiating the regions (A and B) containing at least a part of the first part of the resin molded object with microwaves to generate heat in the regions to soften the regions and a process for applying external force to the regions ready to be softened by the irradiation with microwaves or the regions softened by the irradiation with microwaves to deform the molded object into a predetermined shape. |
