PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operability without lowering an operational efficiency of a user side when image data stored in an image storing means together with an output condition is read in response to a request of a user to be output according to the output condition and to eliminate doubled operations for inputting a password when the user continuously designates a plurality of files. SOLUTION: A wait output key K5, a proof output key K6, and an automatic output key K7 are provided in a file designation screen P4. Before starting reading of a file, an output operation mode for forming an image is selected and an operation for starting the output after reading of the file is not requested. An operation flow for returning to the file designation screen P4 after the reading of the file can be selected so that the operability for continuously designating a plurality of files can be improved and particularly, the convenience in the case of automatic outputting is raised. |
