PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly cope with capacity change and to facilitate replacing or recycling operation of hydrogen storage body. SOLUTION: A bar shaped tank storing hydrogen storage body is defined as a fixed standardized basic unit and storage capacity is set by the number of loaded tanks. Each bar shaped tank is attached on a hydrogen supply pipe having a hydrogen passage. The attached bar shaped tanks are arranged in a line and a whole shape is formed in roughly flat plate shape. The bar shaped tank having a shutting off mechanism capable of opening and closing at an opening part, is opened when the same is connected to the hydrogen supply pipe and is closed when the same is detached from the hydrogen supply pipe.
