PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply manufacturing an easy-to-unseal packaging sack which enables easy formation of a pouring hole having excellent pouring properties shown by opening with fingers and which is prevented from being broken in a packaging process or in a stage of distribution and also is excellent in sanitation. SOLUTION: The easy-to-unseal packaging sack is manufactured by a method wherein a processed part for easiness to unseal is formed at the pouring hole of the packaging sack constituted of a plastic film, by using an optical reflection type printable laser marker.
