PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent irregularities in liquid feeding by combining two liquid feeding units or more each comprising a liquid feeding device and performing control between the units. SOLUTION: The at least two liquid feeding units each comprising a liquid feeding pump device for feeding a fluid or its mixture are made to communicate with each other. Each liquid feeding unit is provided with a pressure sensor for monitoring pressure during liquid feeding. The first liquid feeding unit performs discharge at a desired set value. At least one another liquid feeding unit senses the pressure of the liquid feeding unit during its discharge. Preliminary pressurization is performed according to the pressure of discharge of the first liquid feeding unit. A desired discharge pressure is obtained. Then discharge is performed at a desired set value.
