PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a liquid crystal device in a simple stage without using a thermocompression device and to provide a compact electronic instrument on which the liquid crystal device is mounted. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device is provided with a display means wherein two substrates are disposed so as to be opposed to each other and a liquid crystal layer is provided between the substrates, an LSI for driving a liquid crystal, an FPC for inputting a signal, a casing for protecting the display means and a rubber connecter for holding the display means and the FPC by recovery force and electrically connecting therewith.
