PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a perpetual-motion machine capable of adjusting high and low pressures and realizing non-resource permanent rotation by converting only the pressure of a fluid shut in a space while pressurization adjustment is possible into moment and change power by a turning force by adjusting the height of the droppage of a weight for pressurization. SOLUTION: A part of a plate in the sealed fluid is deformed, and the pressure of the fluid around it is converted into couple around a shaft to generate rotation. Moreover, it is connected so as to increase and adjust the pressure of the fluid by an external syringe, and a cylinder is inserted into a handle of a piston so as to adjust the height of the droppage of the weight on the handle of the piston.
