PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous arrangement constitution of a temperature sensitive operator which replaces prior art and also solves fly weight prying problem. SOLUTION: A fuel injection timing adjusting unit, which provides a temperature sensitive operator 17 operating according to the engine atmosphere temperature, opens wide a pair of fly weights 14 and 14 in the rotating redial direction at cold atmosphere; transmits a wide open displacement to a pair of transmission pins 10 and 10, to large eccentric cams 6 and 6, to small eccentric cams 8 and 8, to eccentric support shafts 12 and 12, and to a slave rotating plate in the sequential order; and constructs a pump drive shaft 16 to be advanced by displacing the slave rotating plate by a relative angle with respect to an interlocked rotating plate 3. The pair of fly weights 14 and 14 are made wide open, in parallel with a rotating axis line L by inserting a pair of cam shafts 20 and 20 in between facing surfaces of the pair of fly weights 14 and 14, and by rotating the cam shafts 20 and 20 by a cam shaft rotating means 23 at cold atmosphere times.
