PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an installation angle of a PCV valve having a bent piping joint and thread for installation at a specified position and simplify installation work on the side of a breather chamber. SOLUTION: In a PCV valve, a bent piping joint is provided to the tip, a flange is provided at the center and a thread for fixation is provided to the outer peripheral surface of a base. In the PCV device of the internal combustion engine in which the base of the PCV valve is inserted and mounted with the flange abutting onto a through hole bored in the outside wall of the breather chamber. Provided is a cylindrical collar which has small diameter wound onto the base of the PCV valve and a large diameter abutting onto the through hole. The PCV valve is inserted into the through hole and the cylindrical collar is inserted from the inside of the breather chamber. The thread formed on the inside surface of the small diameter is threadedly engaged with the thread of the base, thereby fixing the outside wall of the breather chamber so as to be sandwiched between the flange of the PCV valve and the large diameter of the cylindrical collar.
