PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves gutter cutting aid capable of accurately and easily cutting an eaves gutter. SOLUTION: The eaves gutter cutting aid 1 has a detachable frame 9 for fitting a longitudinal portion of an eaves gutter 2 therein and is adapted for cutting the eaves gutter 2 by laying a cutting jig 7 along a side end face of the frame 9 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 2. A guide plate part 10 which projects vertically outwards with respect to the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 2 is provided on a side end of the outer surface of the frame 9. A side face of the guide plate part 10 is made to flush with the side end face of the frame 9.
