PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance and exchange working of an electric device such as a power unit of a semiconductor device mounted on a body and shorten a working time. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device mounted on a body is provided with an underfloor housing part 51 constituted as a part of the body in the longitudinal direction of the body under a floor of the body 5. The semiconductor device is further provided with a power unit 11 constituted as a module by collecting parts of high replacing frequency to the minimum, a moving means fixed on a frame body 111 guided by a guide means 54 provided on the underfloor housing part, and an electric part side connector 115 corresponding to a body side connector provided on the underfloor housing part 51.
