PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition having not only superior moldability and impact resistance but also a good recycling property. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition is composed of (A) an aromatic polycarbonate (component A), (B) a styrene polymer (component B) and (C) a core-shell elastomer (component C). The component A is 50-99 pts.wt., the component B is 1-50 pts.wt. based on a total 100 pts.wt. of the components A and B, and the component C is 0.5-20 pts.wt. The component C is the core-shell elastomer, in which one or more alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer having a 1-3C alkyl group are graft-polymerized on a rubber core composed of two or more polyalkyl(meth)acrylate elastomer.
