PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for efficiently and easily fixing an inside rod body and an outside rod body crossing each other by pushing them to each other. SOLUTION: This fastener is formed of a right and a left adjustment bands 6 and 6a for surrounding a nearly half periphery of the inside rod body 2a, a band part 3 formed into a hook shape for surrounding and locking the outside rod body 2 crossing the inside rod body 2a, and a fastening adjustment part 7 for adjusting both ends of the right and left adjustment bands 6 and 6a to come close to each other or separate form each other.
