The invention relates to an aircraft security system which is used immediately to render useless any act of violence and to control the parties responsible therefor, preventing the latter from escaping or committing an attack or act of aggression. The inventive system comprises a system for transmitting day and night vision images through 360 DEG in wide angle and zoom. The images captured are continuously transmitted to the cockpit (2), a safety cabin (4) and to a station on the ground. Said cabins (2, 4), which are sterile and hermetically sealed, also comprise an independent intercommunication system and independent air circulation and ventilation systems. Moreover, the inventive system comprises selective release means which are disposed in both cabins (2, 4) and which are actuated independently by the aircraft captain. Said means can be used to release a paralysing gas into the passenger cabin in order to paralyse completely all passengers therein.
