PREVENTING APPARATUS FOR SHAFT OF GIRDER MOTOR FOR CRANE

PURPOSE: A preventing apparatus of a shaft of a girder motor for a crane is provided to extend life of a girder motor and to reduce cost of repairing by absorbing shock with an interaction of a large bundle, a small bundle and a buffer spring during a process of starting and stopping of the crane. CONSTITUTION: A preventing apparatus of a shaft of a girder motor for a crane has a body of an intermediate gear divided into a large bundle and a small bundle. The large bundle receives rotational force of the girder motor through a small gear. The small bundle is accepted to the large bundle and fixed with a nut(21) and a stop ring(22). Therein, the small bundle transmits rotational force to a large gear. An internal hanging sill(30) is formed to both sides of an inner surface of the large bundle. An external hanging sill is formed to both sides of an outer surface of the small bundle. Buffer springs are connected to the internal hanging sill and the external hanging sill to absorb shock for the large and small gear. Therefore, life of the motor is extended and cost of repairing is reduced.
