<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate column structure for preventing the backlash of an intermediate column supporting gate portions of a loading space of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The intermediate column structure comprises the intermediate column installed between the gate portions pivotally mounted on the loading space for supporting the gate portions with a fastener and an installation implement for installing the intermediate column on the loading space. The intermediate column has a column plate located between the gate portions, on which the fastener is assembled for supporting the gate portions, and a support having an upper portion mounted at the lower part of the column plate and a lower portion protruded downward from the column plate. The installation implement has an installation plate mounted on the side face of the loading space and having a recessed portion in a space to the side face for storing the lower portion of the support. A groove is formed outside the support along the longitudinal direction, and the recessed portion of the installation plate has a protrusion for matching the groove.</p> |
