PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data origination device for operating the energy consumption for dwelling houses, capable of originating the data for estimating the energy consumption fitted to the dwelling houses as objects to be estimated. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an input means I for inputting the energy consumption actual measurement data as the actual measurement data relating to energy consumption of the dwelling houses, a classifying means C for classifying the energy consumption actual measurement data inputted to the inputting means I on the basis of a predetermined classifying condition, and a storage means R for storing the energy consumption actual measurement data classified by the classifying means C, by each classifying condition.
