PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery position confirmation method and a system thereof capable of confirming whether a delivery object is delivered to a destination or not. SOLUTION: When a delivery object distinguishing device 9a is read by a distinguishing information reading means 2 attached to a delivery person terminal unit 1 carried by a delivery person to obtain distinguishing information, a computation processing means 3 holds position information from a GPS unit grasping a position of itself periodically, corresponds the distinguishing information to the position information, and sends these information to a computer 10 for management. The computer 10 for management displays the received distinguishing information and position information in a display means 13 to allow the confirmation that the delivery object is correctly delivered to the destination.
