<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder device and a lock device having a long service life and providing excellent theft prevention property. SOLUTION: This cylinder device is composed of a lock plug 12, an inversion member 30, a lock cylinder 10 sliding and fitted externally into the lock plug 12, a plurality of lock rings 13 provided with a central hole, a transmission ring 15 in which a central hole and a fan-shaped projecting part are formed, a stay washer 14 holding the lock rings 13 and the transmission ring 15 at a proper interval, and a key 20 whose blade part forms a three-quarter circular cross section. The lock ring 13 is constituted in such a way that the fan-shaped projecting part protrudes into the central hole from an inner peripheral fringe and the lock ring has a cut-out recessed part at a phase angle difference position based on the fan-shaped projecting part and predetermined code at an outer peripheral fringe. The first lock ring among a plurality of lock rings 13 has a projecting part into the central hole from the inner peripheral fringe furthermore. The key 20 has tooth indents in which a plurality of teeth are arranged by cutting a predetermined length part at predetermined different pitches along an axis in the blade part 21 and has a long channel along the axis by corresponding to the projecting part of the first lock ring on a peripheral face opposite to the tooth indents in the blade part 21.</p> |
